With a history of pioneering patented technologies and expertise, business integrity and long-standing customer confidence, HID Global is a global leader in secure card issuance innovation.As our Customer Success Intern , you’ll support HID’s successby:Customer Onboarding:Initiating first contact with customers to explain the purpose of the portalIdentifying and registering initial users for accessScheduling and conducting online demo sessions with customers.Data Preparation:Collaborating with Field Service Engineers to review and clean up open tickets in the legacy systemEnsuring accurate and relevant data migrationCoordination with Software Vendor:Liaising with the external software supplier to prepare the technical environment for each customer transitionEnsuring all configurations and access rights are in placeGo-Live Support:Agreeing on a go-live date with the customerBeing available for questions and support during the transition periodPost-Go-Live Follow-up:Conducting follow-up calls to ensure the customer is comfortable using the portalGathering feedback for continuous improvementYourExperienceand Background include:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Business, IT, Communication, or a related fieldStrong communication skills; confident in reaching out to customersFluent in English (spoken and written)Comfortable working with software tools and digital platformsAffinity with multicultural environmentsProactive, organized, and customer-orientedFamiliarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plusWhat we can offer you:A vibrant, welcoming & inclusive cultureExtensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potentialTo be a part of a global organization that is pioneering the hardware, software and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worldsWhy apply?Empowerment: You’ll work as part of a global team in a flexible workenvironment, learning and enhancing your expertise.
