Bâtir l'entreprise de demain Nous portons les valeurs de l'expérience collective, de l'innovation constante et de l'évolution.Pour plus d'informations, rendez-vous sur notre page LinkedIn.Oxiam est une société de conseil spécialisée en management de grands projets et implantée dans 7 secteurs d'activités liés au monde industriel.Afin d’accompagner la croissance de notre département Contract, nous souhaitons recruter un(e) Contract Manager motivé(e) à rejoindre notre équipe à Paris.Votre rôle et vos missions :Vous interviendrez sur des grands projets stratégiques dans le domaine du ferroviaire et du bâtiment.Votre quotidien :Accompagner les grands donneurs d’ordres depuis le montage des projets jusqu’à leur achèvementAnalyser les dossiers de réponse : partie technique, financière et juridique, en coordination avec les équipes internesÊtre le garant des phases pré-contractuelles et contractuellesParticiper à la négociation et à la formalisation des contratsAccompagner les managers et gérer l’interface dans l’application des obligations contractuelles et la gestion des écartsPiloter les réunions d’avancement et contribuer à la bonne relation entre les parties prenantes (clients, partenaires, sous-traitants)Pilotage du claim management (réclamations, rédaction des réponses, gestion des contentieux…)Anticiper et maîtriser les risques tout en assurant des reportings réguliersProfil recherché :Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou universitaire) avec une spécialisation en droit des affaires, gestion de projet…Vous avez à minima 5 années d'expériences dans le secteur du BTP ou du ferroviaireVous avez une maîtrise avancée des outils de gestion contractuelle (Excel, SharePoint, …)Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse et un esprit de synthèseVous pouvez interpréter des clauses contractuelles complexes et formuler des recommandations opérationnellesL’expérience Oxiam :Un parcours d’intégration dédié avec un cycle de formation personnaliséUn suivi collaborateur individualisé et des points réguliers avec votre manager et l’équipe RHUne communauté OXIAM dédiée à l’entraide et au partage entre collaborateurs (mentorat, déjeuners, afterworks...)Les avantages : tickets restaurants, forfait mobilité durable, abonnement WellPass…Envie de rejoindre un projet d’avenir ?
