Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.ObjectivesImprove brand notoriety and desirability by partnering with local markets to develop and deploy creative and innovative initiatives.Shift the global‑local dynamic from "guideline dissemination" to active co‑creation, ensuring local nuances shape global strategies.Increase the impact on User Generated Content (UGC), driving organic conversation and advocacy across social platforms.Develop and refine the global seeding strategy, ensuring product placement reaches the right hands to maximize visibility and desirability.Ensure all global PR strategies are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the master brand strategy.Provide clear and consistent reporting on PR performance (EMV, Reach, Share of Voice).Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Define, document, and implement comprehensive strategies for PR and Influence, including sub‑strategies for increasing UGC volume and quality.Seeding Strategy: Design a strategic approach to product seeding and gifting that maximizes ROI, identifying key profiles, creating "unboxing" moments, and defining tiers for gifting (VIP vs. micro‑influencers).Concept Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling PR hooks and translate them into innovative local activations.Market Collaboration: Actively partner with local markets to co‑create initiatives, conducting regular brainstorming workshops and feedback loops to ensure global concepts work locally.Cross‑Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating input from experts and marketing teams while ensuring local market feedback is integrated into the final output.Meeting Management: Lead regular status meetings with local PR leads, using these sessions as forums for two‑way dialogue and idea exchange.Toolbox Development: Deliver flexible toolkits that allow local adaptation and creativity for the "360° PR & Influence" content delivery.Asset Management: Oversee the coordination and distribution of press assets, supporting local seeding and UGC campaigns.Timeline Management: Create detailed project plans for major activations, factoring in local market consultation and adaptation.Reporting: Consolidate global reports on coverage and influencer performance, focusing on tracking UGC growth and seeding initiative success.External Agency Management: Lead the external PR agency, briefing, monitoring performance, managing budget, and ensuring delivery against the global roadmap.Qualifications & Experience6–7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Public Relations and Influencer Marketing.Industry: Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a significant plus.Global Context: Proven experience in a global or multi‑market role, with the ability to collaborate across diverse local teams.Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French are mandatory.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
