Job Description SUMMIT Paris is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Associate VP of Sales to lead the sales team. Reporting to the General Manager of Paris, this individual will play a pivotal role in executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives. They will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders while supporting an aggressive growth agenda. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques within the attractions industry. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and capitalize on business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends to optimize sales efforts. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue generation. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. Develop and maintain key client relationships, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize sales opportunities. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and individual/team performance. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of the attraction/experience. Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to create integrated sales and promotional campaigns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and leadership roles in the attractions/tourism industry. Must be fluent in French, English, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders across a global organization. Proven experience in a senior sales role with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
