- Support Account Managers in managing their portfolios of international key accounts
- Handle and follow up on clients’ day-to-day requests
- Coordinate internal teams to provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs
- Prepare technical contract analyses and formulate recommendations
- Participate in consulting assignments and the marketing of new services
- Manage and advise a portfolio of smaller clients, depending on the level of autonomy
- Analyze tender specifications and requests for proposals
- Prepare technical responses to tenders with Bid Coordinators and Account Managers
- Contribute to client retention during consultations and contract renewals
- Provide first-level support to clients and partners
- Manage complaints and resolve blocking issues
- Identify and address requests from VIP clients
- Escalate complex or high-stakes situations to senior management
- Ensure that commercial activity is properly recorded and tracked in the relevant tools
- Verify that contractual changes are accurately reflected in amendments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (three years of higher education)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- French language skills are an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interest in international insurance, brokerage, or consulting
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
