Job Description SummaryThis role leads implementation projects for software and hardware solutions in major hospitals. It brings together cross-functional teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and strong commercial alignment. It balances several strategic projects at the same time, using agile methods and structured planning to maintain quality, timelines, and financial performance. This field-based role requires travel to customer sites in France for up to 30% of your time, with occasional international trips and overnight stays. You can be based anywhere in France.Our vision for MMS at BDWith our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.Job DescriptionMain responsibilities will include:Delivery of agile software and hardware projects that meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCreation and execution of project plans aligned with national and international customer needsCoordination of implementation activities that support revenue objectives and customer satisfactionManagement of project reporting and forecasting for senior leadershipDirect communication with customers as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycleLeadership of internal coordination meetings and onsite activities at customer locationsClose collaboration with commercial teams during pre-sales phases and account planningOversight of hub-level initiatives with structured progress updates shared with leadershipAbout YouAn academic degree in, pharmacy, IT, Science, biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, but not required.Experience managing complex projects involving both software and hardware, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment, is an advantage—not a must.A background in healthcare settings such as biotechnology, pharmacy, or biomedical fields, and the ability to communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and hospital IT teams, would be beneficial but is not mandatory.Solid understanding of IT processes and full solution deploymentComfortable communicating in French, English and ideally one additional language, both written and spokenHighly organised approach with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetValid driving licence and passport, with readiness to travelSalary Range: 55.000 - 65.000 eurosCompany and CultureWe are the makers of possibleBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
