We are looking for a Field Service Technician to carry out the maintenance, installation, and repair of our equipment. Based at Méry-sur-Oise service center, you will cover the following departments: 60, 27, 95, 78, 93, and 92. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service while meeting company standards and deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of customer sites, with a high degree of autonomy and a key role in customer satisfaction.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance visits on our installed equipment fleet.
• Advising customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment work.
• Adjusting, testing, and commissioning equipment installations.
• Performing start-up and commissioning activities.
• Contributing to the development of automation and control systems.
• Providing troubleshooting and emergency support to customers as part of an on-call rotation (on average, one week every six weeks).
• Reporting intervention activities and coordinating with Rehlko Services teams, including internal reporting, sales, and technical support.

Rehlko generator sets provide reliable standalone power solutions across a wide range of industries, including Data Centers, Healthcare, Agriculture, Construction, Mining, Water and Waste Treatment, Transportation, and more.

Profile

Ideally, a qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics. Previous experience in a similar role within the fields of electrical engineering and/or mechanical maintenance. Strong customer service orientation. Enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships. Comfortable using IT tools and software. Knowledge of the generator set industry would be an advantage.
