🔍 A propos de Skello Skello est une société européenne qui a pour mission de réinventer l’expérience de travail des équipes sur le terrain en leur permettant de mieux anticiper, s’organiser et communiquer. Pour les managers, Skello optimise l’organisation du travail et aide à la prise de décision dans le pilotage des coûts liés aux équipes. Pour les employés, Skello facilite leur communication et simplifie leur quotidien. L’ambition de Skello est de devenir la solution de référence pour toutes les équipes de terrain en Europe. Pour cela, une levée de fonds en Série B de 40M€ a été réalisée en septembre 2021 auprès de fonds experts dans le domaine (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) pour apporter toujours plus de valeur à ses clients grâce à de nouvelles fonctionnalités et s’ouvrir à de nouveaux secteurs d’activité, au-delà des secteurs historiques : l’hospitality, le retail et la santé. 🤝 Ton équipe Définir la stratégie de l'entreprise. Mener des projets stratégiques clés (par exemple : expansion internationale, politique de prix et offre, fusions-acquisitions, etc.). Préparer les communications internes et externes (investisseurs). 🧩 Tes missions Réaliser des analyses et des études pour accompagner la stratégie de Skello. Participer activement à la définition des projets stratégiques et des initiatives clés de Skello. Piloter de manière autonome plusieurs projets stratégiques, de la conception à la livraison, en garantissant leur succès. Élaborer les supports de présentation pour les discussions et les prises de décision avec le Board. Préparer et animer les revues de performance mensuelles et trimestrielles. 🎯 Notre profil recherché Étudiant(e) en dernière année ou jeune diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieurs ou de commerce. Doté(e) de solides compétences analytiques. Faisant preuve de proactivité et d'autonomie pour concrétiser les projets. Ayant une bonne compréhension de l'environnement SaaS / start-up. Affichant une forte motivation à intégrer un projet en phase de démarrage et à forte croissance. Une première expérience en Stratégie, start-up Tech, Fusions & Acquisitions (M&A), Capital Risque (Venture Capital), ou au sein des GAFAM est un plus. Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
