Alternant support IT F/M – Cheerz.com We’re looking for an IT support apprentice to assist our IT Support Manager in managing the hardware, software, and security environment for our Cheerzer employees. About the Team Near 30 members across Back, Front, iOS, Android, DevOps, Product Management, Product Design and QA. Our tech and product teams develop, test and deploy daily features that impact hundreds of thousands of users in Europe. Responsibilities Handle all hardware: setup laptops (Mac, PC), network (VPN, Wi‑Fi, cabling), video‑conferencing, peripherals (screens, connectivity). Maintain inventory and device management processes. Provide support to teams on‑site and remotely: troubleshoot workstation, network and connectivity issues. Assist in proximity support at headquarters and the factory site, in coordination with the IT Support Manager. Keep and update the workstation environment for headquarter staff—fleet management, processes, onboarding/off‑boarding. Coordinate onboarding/off‑boarding: allocate/reclaim hardware, set up/clean workstations, create/delete accounts (mail, third‑party tools, admin). Optimize integration between systems (Slack, Gsuite, Active Directory, etc.). Ensure security of hardware and work environments, applying best practices defined by the IT team. Drive security awareness among staff through simple preventive actions and documentation. Headquarters located in Paris, factory in Gennevilliers. Profile Formal IT training with first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in IT support, preferably in a start‑up/SME. Strong interpersonal and service orientation; familiar with all teams and integrated into the close‑knit culture. Responsible for hardware and good practices; leads projects with teams. Technical skills: Linux/macOS/Windows environments, Active Directory or similar, basic networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN, cabling), security best practices. Interest in professional technical environments: Ruckus Wi‑Fi, Palo Alto firewalls, virtualization (Proxmox). We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
