We develop and manufacture proprietary ex‑vivo human skin models and primary immune cell platforms, offering advanced non‑clinical CRO services to top‑tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetics clients. Job Summary As a Commercial Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate processing of customer orders and quotations—both for products (including e‑shop requests) and study‑related services. You’ll manage documentation, support communication between teams, maintain CRM accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement of our commercial and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and prepare product quotations, ensuring accurate CRM entry. Coordinate with Operations and Production to confirm pricing, availability, and shipment details. Manage order‑related documentation, including quotation files, Study Plan documents, signed annexes, and POs in Project management tool and CRM. Serve as a point of contact for e‑shop and phone inquiries, providing product information and escalating technical questions when needed. Support Finance and Sales with billing verification, invoicing follow‑up, and order status communication to customers. Collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate proactively with customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address issues or delays. Profile we are looking for A dual academic background (Bachelor/Master) combining Life Sciences and Business. Experience in customer service, order management, or commercial/administrative support—ideally within a biotech, life sciences, or technical environment. Strong proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting. A customer‑first mindset, proactive attitude, and problem‑solving approach.
