Our mission is to set the standard within Omnicom Media Group and the industry for excellence in media.The Global Strategy Manager RoleThis is a high-potential role where you’ll take ownership of strategic projects and collaborate closely with the Strategic Planning Director on brand-defining initiatives. You’ll contribute to shaping global media guidelines, uncover audience insights, and support thought leadership that strengthens how one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands shows up in media. Responsibilities Lead the building and analysis of audience profiles for CHANEL’s portfolio of franchises. Analyze audience media consumption behaviors and uncover actionable insights to guide targeting strategies. Own regular competitive monitoring and bi-annual sharing sessions, highlighting key trends, competitor approaches, and best-in-class campaigns to inspire and inform media decisions. In collaboration with the Strategic Director, contribute to the development of CHANEL’s campaign guidelines: defining top contextual insights, core audience, overarching strategy, and translate these into media pillars. Support the creation of bi-annual reports on key media topics and innovation trends. Contribute to CHANEL’s thought leadership agenda by compiling insights and recommendations on the evolving luxury and media landscape. Collaborate with the Strategic Director and Business Lead to develop the overarching communications planning framework for the year. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic planning or media strategy; international experience is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken). Experience in luxury or a strong passion for fashion and luxury. Advocate for consumer insight-driven planning; data literate with practical knowledge of tools such as GWI. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Curious and disruptive thinker, passionate about exploring AI and next-generation media approaches. Dynamic personality thriving in a fast-paced environment.
