Job Title: AI & Cloud Foundation Practice Lead – You will spearhead our AI & Cloud Foundation Practice, fostering cloud engagements, strengthening partner relationships and staying ahead of cloud‑based innovation. Missions Drive cloud engagements and strengthen relationships with cloud partners Stay ahead of cloud‑based innovation trends Lead the expansion and development of our cloud services practice Conduct sales activities and develop fifty‑five’s cloud offerings Build and maintain partnerships with cloud providers Upskill fifty‑five’s teams on cloud‑related topics Grow the client portfolio by leveraging fifty‑five’s existing clients and your network (CDOs, CTOs, CIOs) Collaborate with the marketing team on external communications and organise events to generate leads Champion fifty‑five’s value proposition and enhance delivery capabilities with the teams Support data‑driven projects, infrastructure upgrades, and application modernization through strong partnerships with cloud providers Required qualifications & skills A Master degree or equivalent in a field that combines engineering and business, or comparable work experience A minimum of 10 years of expertise in a technological and cloud computing services area with a solid understanding of the global ecosystem challenges Proven experience in managing projects with cross‑functional teams to consistently frame and drive cloud projects through strategic planning and actions Experience working with a team of consultants and engineers on enterprise projects across the complete sales to framing and implementation cycle using cloud‑based solutions Practical experience and skills with cloud products At least 5 years of practice/team management experience (responsible for team growth) Capability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues Ability to clearly articulate concepts to individuals with varying technical backgrounds Possession of at least 1 professional or business cloud certification from major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) A portfolio of relevant publications and project presentations Perks at fifty‑five 200 employees in Paris and over 300 worldwide A multicultural environment with colleagues from over 20 different nationalities Opportunities for internal and international mobility across our offices around the world Core values based on excellence, kindness, and knowledge sharing Ongoing (and recognised) training programmes on the digital ecosystem, technologies, and soft skills (e.g. public speaking, team management, etc.) A one‑week onboarding programme for all new employees: an introduction to fifty‑five and our ecosystem, plus Web Analytics and Media training sessions led by our in‑house experts Flexible remote work policy Meal vouchers (MyEdenred) worth €10 per day 50% reimbursement of public transport passes A strong focus on work‑life balance and respect for the right to disconnect Opportunities to get involved in internal projects such as: Data Hive: a "tech for good" initiative using our expertise to support charitable organisations DEI@55: a working group on diversity and inclusion at fifty‑five and in the tech industry Sustainability@55: a team promoting sustainable practices internally and with our clients Modern offices near Saint‑Lazare station (with a garden, terraces, ping‑pong, football, nap room, etc.) Weekly after‑works and regular events organised by the works council (yoga, football, wine tasting, salsa lessons) At fifty‑five, we firmly believe that diversity and inclusion are true strengths.
