About the role Join Dashlane as an Engineering Manager to help create a secure, scalable, and beautiful application with global impact. Our web extension protects users’ digital lives, and we’re seeking a leader to take it to the next level. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll build, grow, and lead a team responsible for developing innovative features for our B2B and B2C customers. You’ll manage a group of high-performing front-end and back-end engineers to deliver scalable, innovative, stable, and secure solutions. You’ll also work with cutting-edge technologies, including confidential computing platforms, to keep Dashlane at the forefront. Location You will be based in Paris, with English as the working language. Dashlane embraces a hybrid culture combining in-person collaboration with remote work. Our model emphasizes team connection while supporting productivity and balance. We typically collaborate in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work. Responsibilities Build a strong ownership and accountability culture within your team as business and product complexity grows. Help direct reports grow and develop as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates. Recruit software engineers and participate in Dashlane’s presence in the Paris tech community. Support your team and enable autonomy by providing the tools they need to deliver without friction. Lead managerial initiatives to improve systems and processes in support of the company’s mission. Deliver Engineering strategy goals and contribute to roadmaps and technical initiatives (refinement sessions, ADRs, and other technical documents). Work with product and business stakeholders to deliver on the Product Roadmap. Help define the direction of Product Experience teams to improve stability, security, and quality of the product. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, testers, customer support, and other teams in a diverse environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering. 2+ years of experience in people and project management (ideally in a distributed environment). Fluency in English. We’re Also Looking For Experience with a company of roughly Dashlane’s size and scaling (100–500 employees). Experience working in a distributed team across multiple time zones. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or a similar field.
