Le recrutement s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet PIA4 PEPR (Programme Exploratoire Prioritaire de Recherche) Recyclage axe Household Waste, programme de recherche national regroupant 120 laboratoires de recherche, il s'agit de travailler sur les freins au développement du recyclage en France. L'axe Household Waste s'intéresse particulièrement aux processus de tri, au rapport aux déchets, aux inégalités environnementales par rapport aux déchets ménagers. La recherche commencera dans le premier volet de cet axe pour travailler sur les inégalités. Elle se poursuivra dans le deuxième volet pour travailler sur la filière textile. La personne recrutée travaillera plus particulièrement avec les chercheurs d’ARGUMANS impliqués dans le cadre du projet DETEXMEN. Dans ce cadre, il s’agira d’adopter une approche systémique pour comprendre les comportements de tri pour recyclage. L’objectif est d'élaborer un diagnostic qui mettra en lumière de quelle manière l’environnement macro, méso et micro façonne la décision de trier pour recycler et la relation aux outils numériques destinés à améliorer le tri et leurs usages.

Recruitment is part of the PIA4 PEPR (Priority Exploratory Research Program) Recycling project, Household Waste axis, a national research program bringing together 120 research laboratories. The aim is to work on the obstacles to the development of recycling in France. The Household Waste axis is particularly interested in the sorting processes, the relationship with waste, and environmental inequalities in relation to household waste. Research will begin in the first part of this axis to work on inequalities. It will continue in the second part to work on the textile sector. The recruited person will work more particularly with ARGUMANS researchers involved in the DETEXMEN project. In this context, involved researchers adopt a systemic approach to understand sorting behavior for recycling. The objective is to develop a diagnosis which will highlight how the macro, meso and micro environment shapes the decision to sort for recycling and the relationship to digital tools intended to improve sorting and their uses.

Activités de recherche confiées, tâches à accomplir et résultats attendus

Le/la post-doctorant.e recruté.e aura pour mission de développer un protocole de recherche pour s'intéresser à la question de la justice et des inégalités environnementales par rapport aux déchets textiles. La personne recrutée mobilisera pour cela une approche de sciences humaines et sociales. A ce stade, la collecte envisagée comprend principalement des observations sur le terrain, des entretiens semi-directifs mais aussi des archives externes. Il s'agit de cartographier les interrelations entre les acteurs à différents niveaux et les barrières au geste de tri pour recyclage.

The recruited postdoctoral fellow will be responsible for developing a research protocol to address the issue of justice and environmental inequalities in relation to household waste in general, particularly textile waste. The person recruited will use a human and social sciences approach for this. At this stage, the planned collection mainly includes field observations, semi-structured interviews but also external archives. This involves mapping the interrelationships between actors at different levels and the barriers to sorting for recycling.

• Qualification requises pour l'exercice des fonctions / Required education level : être titulaire du doctorat / PhD or equivalent

• Compétences attendue / Candidate profile :

  • Doctorat de préférence en sciences de gestion (marketing), éventuellement en sociologie, géographie ou anthoropologie ;

  • Maitrise des enjeux de la consommation responsable ;

  • Maitrise des méthoologies de recherche en sciences sociales, capacité à mener des entretiens en français.

  • PhD preferably in management sciences (marketing), or alternatively in sociology, geography, or anthropology ;

  • Expertise in the field of responsible consumption ;

  • Expertise in research methodologies in the social sciences , ability to conduct interviews in French
