Life as Cabin Crew is fun, rewarding, and anything but ordinary. No two days are the same—you'll meet new people, visit new destinations, and work alongside a supportive, friendly team. You'll also have the opportunity to build a career with endless progression paths, including roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight. However, this role is demanding. Safety is our number one priority, and you'll need to be prepared for early starts (as early as 5 AM) and late finishes (as late as midnight). What We’re Looking For.

• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height between approximately 5'2\" (157 cm) and 6'2\" (188 cm) -to meet safety requirements.
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in the water.
• Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality—you thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster -flexibility is key.
• Enjoy dealing with the public with a 'can do' attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.

As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
