Our growth is creating great opportunities*Below is the job description for open position* Attend to daily production technical issues related to processes as to ensure smooth production flow* Lead co-ordinate and execute continuous improvement in the workshop* Attend to all quality issues and work with Quality Assurance department to resolve / contain problem using Plant Lean methodology (QRQC)* Work closely with the Engineering and R&D departments to transit new processes/ technology and transfer into production line on time* Embarks on productivity, quality & cost reduction program* Drive towards company KPI (Key Performance Index) and internal PPM target* Able to solve problems systematically through the different methodology (PDCA -TPM, QRQC, SMED & Six Sigma)* Familiar with process improvement tools including FMEA,SPC, etc*Join Linxens to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.*LINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
