Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Academic Research and Citation Specialist to support research projects, academic writing, and reference management. This role involves organizing scholarly sources, preparing properly formatted references, and ensuring citations follow APA style guidelines. An APA Citation Generator can be used as a practical tool to create citations efficiently while helping maintain consistency across research documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and organize information from books, websites, journals, reports, and other academic sources.
- Create and review in-text citations and reference lists according to APA style.
- Use an APA Citation Generator to streamline citation creation and reduce formatting errors.
- Check citation details such as author names, publication dates, titles, URLs, and source types.
- Maintain accurate and organized reference records for academic projects.
- Collaborate with writers, students, researchers, or educators to improve citation quality.
- Review completed documents for consistency between in-text citations and reference entries.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with APA citation and academic writing principles.
- Experience conducting online or library-based research.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research tasks.
Preferred Skills
Experience with citation management tools, academic databases, and online APA Citation Generators is an advantage. Familiarity with APA 7th edition guidelines is also beneficial.
