You will have two main responsibilities:Develop sales with key pure players as well as the sales from the e-commerce websites of our toy retailersIncrease the visibility of Bandai across all the digital landscapeYour missions will include (non-exhaustive list):E-commerce Key Account ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key E-commerce platforms and partners (Amazon, Cdiscount, etc.)Build and implement strategies to increase sales through E-commerce channelsAnalyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvementDigital Marketing and E-commerce OperationCollaborate closely with the Toy Marketing team and Premium Bandai team to ensure strategic alignment and executionDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and salesManage the company's presence on digital platforms including Bandai websites, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channelsCandidate profile5-8 years of experience in E-commerce, and management of key accounts - especially Amazon - within an international contextFluent in English and French, both spoken and writtenKnowledge of channels and customers dynamics to improve the quality of our commercial propositionsAnalytical skillsExpert in building synergy and driving cross-team cooperationExcellent communication skills, and ability to adapt their communication style depending on the stakeholdersAbility to build trust and long-term partnershipsResults-driven, strategic and solutions-oriented thinkerOrganizational and time management skillsSounds interesting?Please, send us your resume and cover letter in English.Additional informationLocation: 15 rue Félix Mangini 69009 Lyon, FRANCE (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)Contract: full-time (permanent)Remuneration: fixed and variable compensationBenefits: company car, 2 teleworking days per week, lunch vouchers, reimbursement of public transportation costs, nice building with various facilities (gym room, gaming room, nap room, car / bike / scooter parking, cafeteria and coffee corners…) #J-18808-Ljbffr
