Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a 6 months Online Marketing Coordinator intern based in our Paris office to help us meet our goal to be the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and organized individual who wants to gain hands‑on experience in marketing and communications while contributing to a meaningful cultural exchange program. This internship offers the opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination within a dynamic international environment. You will report to the Country Product Manager.What you’ll do:Have ownership of our local social media channels: Strategic planning and implementation, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting and achievementPlanning, implementing, and evaluating local campaigns in the French market to increase awareness and generate leadsPlan and implement events to reach our target group, increase customer loyalty and promote salesWork closely with our central marketing team in Zurich and the regional teams in France to coordinate campaigns, marketing projects and eventsManage our ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referralsEstablish and maintain new partnerships and platforms in order to place Cultural Care appropriately for our target groupDrive your own ideas to reach new target groups and contribute to the growth of the French marketWho you are:Social media (Instagram & TikTok) is your thing – You are familiar with the latest trends and hacks to increase engagement and awareness in the target groupYou love discovering the latest industry trends and seize opportunities that enable the company to growYou have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, like to develop new ideas and work independently and in a goal‑oriented mannerYou have the ability to think creatively and strategically and have a “nothing is impossible” attitudeVerbal and written communication is one of your strengthsYou are organized, able to prioritize and have a good eye for design and detailYou have relevant work experience in marketing and can demonstrate successYou speak French at native level and are fluent in EnglishProfessional Requirements:Full fluency in both French & EnglishPrevious sales and/or customer service experience is preferable6+ months of experience living abroad is advantageousWho we are:We look for doers – creative, collaborative, and motivated people excited by education, communication and travel.Cultural Care Au Pair is a leading provider of cultural and educational exchange through a quality childcare program.
