Une équipe tech en pleine croissance cherche son/sa futur·e Lead Développeur·se pour prendre le lead sur des projets structurants et ambitieux. Localisation : Lyon (Charpennes) Salaire : 45 à 55k€ fixe + bonus, intéressement, RTT, TR Télétravail : Hybride (organisation flexible) Taille de l’équipe : +30 personnesRejoignez une Digital Factory en pleine accélération, dotée d'une culture tech moderne (architecture microservices, Kubernetes, Vue.js, Python/Django, etc.) et d’un fort ancrage métier. L’équipe produit développe des outils métiers stratégiques au service de plusieurs verticales métiers.En binôme avec un·e chef·fe de projet, vous serez à la fois moteur sur les aspects techniques et un point d’appui pour les développeurs de votre squad.1. Lead technique au quotidien :- Réflexion et validation des architectures techniques- Code review, peer programming, refinement techniques- Développement de features (environ 80% du temps)2.
