Key Responsibilities Preparation of the Group's (consolidated and individual legal entity) statutory financial reporting. Working alongside the Financial Control team to ensure smooth delivery of the financial information required for statutory reporting. Audit liaison and compliance for year‑end. Ensure revenue recognition policy is appropriate. Development of relevant accounting policies on an ongoing basis, especially with respect to new products. Assisting on financial due diligence on any proposed acquisitions. Understand accounting practices of newly acquired entities to identify accounting issues and assess the impact of any changes. Support with ongoing finance change / transformation projects as the business continues to invest. Requirements Fully qualified Accountant. Minimum 5+ years of post‑qualified experience in practice (strong preference for top 6). In‑depth technical knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS. Experience with US or Singapore GAAP would be advantageous. Experience auditing financial service clients, ideally with exposure to firms trading complex financial instruments. Proven track record of managing audit engagements. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance landscapes specific to both trading and crypto. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels, including the Board. Sound judgement and strong analytical skills, with a proactive and practical approach to tax risks. English is mandatory. Skills and Personality Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain. Analytical thinker with the ability to understand problems, determine root cause and recommend appropriate solutions. Excellent communicator, able to provide mentorship and training to stakeholders on tax‑related topics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to relate complex concepts in a concise and easy‑to‑understand manner. Ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects, often under tight time constraints. Effectively work with peers, leadership and stakeholders in a productive collaborative environment. Capable of diving into detail while keeping the bigger picture at the forefront of decision making. Knowledge of Web3 environment is a plus.
