Operational Resilience Officer – AXA Group OperationsJob purposeAs an Operational Resilience Officer, you will support the implementation and enhancement of the company’s Operational Resilience framework, contribute to Crisis Management/Incident Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Resilience and IT Service Continuity Management processes, organize controls, guidance and reporting, facilitate exercises on all dimensions of Operational Resilience, participate in Group Operational Resilience initiatives and working groups, and support Crisis Leaders, coordinators and the Crisis Management Team in case of crisis.Main missionsYour responsibilities include:Contribute to a consistent Operational Resilience Framework to identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor, and manage significant risks.Support the implementation and strengthening of Operational Resilience strategies.Assist the Global Technology Resilience Team in developing, revising, and executing Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity Plans and solutions.Maintain Operational Conditions of the Global Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans for readiness in case of crisis.Actively participate in group initiatives and strategic programmes linked to Operational Resilience.Contribute to the execution of the Crisis Management Process.Organize tests and support the Incident Management team during those tests, ensuring agreed‑upon processes and plans are followed during crisis activation.Provide specific support for Cyber Crisis or Incident.Contribute to tests and exercises for Business Continuity to ensure responses are operational.Support the Business Impact Alignment with IT Service Continuity.Ensure follow‑up on the responsiveness of critical IT systems in case of disaster, consolidating information on implementation of solutions, plans, tests, maturity levels, ownerships, etc.Follow up remediation actions identified in transversal controls and ensure resolution within your area.Serve as the main point of contact with AXA Business Entities regarding IT Service Continuity Management Services delivered by AXA GO.Expected skills & experienceGeneral understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle and IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management.General understanding of Group Operational Resilience processes and tools required to undertake the role.Experience and knowledge of IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management.General understanding of a product‑based organization.Experience and knowledge of Cyber Defense mechanisms.Technical SkillsIT OperationsRisk Management frameworksBusiness Impact AnalysisDisaster Recovery solutions and plansIncident response proceduresTraining skillsProficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for resilience planning and testing.ITIL, ISO 22301ServiceNowFluent in EnglishSoft Skills / Transversal SkillsStrong communicationStakeholder managementProblem‑solvingAbility to remain calm and focused under pressureProactive and collaborative approachAdaptability to evolving challenges and organizational needsWhere will you be in the organization?The divisionGroup Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business‑driven priorities.
