Portfolio Manager – Personal Workspace, Europe Company: Logitech Location: France (Paris) Overview Logitech is a leading technology company focused on creating meaningful products that impact the global community. The Personal Workspace category is a key area of focus, and this role supports the Category Head of Personal Workspace, Europe, helping grow the business. Responsibilities Translate global and regional promo & category strategies into effective campaigns for European markets. Partner with the GCO Category organization and act as daily point of contact on portfolio optimization. Manage key partnerships to amplify Logitech’s marketing messages. Align strategies, campaigns, execution, and performance KPIs with country leads and teams. Deliver KPIs for Personal Workspace products, achieving revenue and profitability targets. Provide insights and analysis to support NPIs launches across Europe. Drive implementation and execution of campaigns with the Marketing Manager and country teams. Act as a business partner for commercial aspects of the Personal Workspace category, focusing on performance analysis, strategy, and new opportunities. Drive cross‑country collaboration, share best practices, and adapt successful activities. Support efficient distribution models and challenge country contacts on partner initiatives. Maintain regular video and on‑site meetings with country contacts (approximately 30–40% travel). Serve as a brand ambassador for Personal Workspace. Qualifications 8+ years of international portfolio and category experience in FMCG, CE, or consumer‑centric companies. Strong P&L and portfolio awareness with solid business analysis skills. High strategic capabilities to translate global plans into commercial strategies. Ability to articulate and commercialize NPIs and engage global and country teams. Passion for consumer and shopper needs, aligned with strong business dynamics. Experience working in a matrix structure.
