Role Overview As a Partner Director you will lead the commercial and strategic success of CitySwift’s largest and most complex customer relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between our product and services and the customer’s long‑term goals. You will oversee cross‑functional project delivery, renewal strategy and strategic account growth. Key Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and act as the senior point of contact across commercial, operational and executive stakeholders Develop multi‑year strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and CitySwift’s growth goals Own the delivery of customer outcomes, ensuring measurable ROI, satisfaction and long‑term impact Monitor and increase usage and performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities for improvement or value realisation Collaborate with Sales to identify and lead renewal and upsell opportunities, including commercial negotiation and proposal creation Oversee onboarding and delivery of high‑value or complex projects across your portfolio Collaborate cross‑functionally with solutions, product, tech, marketing and sales to deliver value Use data and insight to influence customer strategy and build compelling narratives that support adoption and expansion Anticipate challenges, de‑risk delivery and serve as an escalation point for senior partner stakeholders Coach and mentor Partner Managers and Analysts within your pod that support your accounts Represent the voice of the customer at internal meetings Act as a role model within the pod for high performance, teamwork, accountability and problem solving Work closely with the Head of Pod to identify cross‑pod dependencies and share best practices across the partner management function Collaborate with the Head of Pod to forecast renewals, identify risks and align on commercial opportunities across accounts Deputise the Head of Pod as required Qualifications, skills & experience Extensive experience in strategic account management, customer success, project management or consulting within Public Transport or SaaS (ideally with enterprise or public sector clients) Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with experience managing C‑level, director level and cross‑functional stakeholders Strong commercial acumen, confident supporting Sales with contract negotiations while owning renewal and account planning Skilled in managing complex delivery programmes with multiple dependencies and teams Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with performance data and impact metrics; able to translate insights into strategy Passion for technology, public transport and sustainability is a strong advantage Knowledge around commercial or franchised bus operations or experience working within a public authority is a bonus but not required Fluency in French is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage Competency Profile Sustainable Growth Leads improvement of internal processes to enable scalable, repeatable delivery Owns account‑level forecasting, budgeting and risk mitigation Acts as a commercial advisor to both internal teams and customer stakeholders Translates commercial strategy into scalable operational execution across Partner Managers and Analysts Win Together Influences senior stakeholders, including customer executives and internal leadership Resolves cross‑functional issues with diplomacy and drive Coaches others and contributes to a high‑performance culture Collaborates closely with Partner Managers, Analysts and the Head of POD to create shared success Impact Cities & Communities Acts as a strategic partner to customers and builds trusted, insight‑led relationships Leads customer‑facing projects and aligns delivery to ROI and customer goals Brings strong industry knowledge into every conversation Forward Focused Connects long‑term strategy to operational plans Champions innovation and proactively identifies improvements in service and delivery Uses market and customer insight to shape internal priorities Partners with the Head of POD to support in defining strategic direction and operational excellence for the pod Team & Trust Communicates with clarity and confidence at all levels Coaches others through feedback, delegation and shared accountability Supports development of junior team members and cross‑functional peers We value, recognise and reward our people Competitive market salary Health and Life Insurance and matched pension schemes 25 days annual leave, with additional company days off throughout the year Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote working opportunities including a Work Abroad Programme Paid Sick, Maternity and Paternity benefits Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), mental health and wellbeing supports Employee referral programme with opportunity to earn up to €4 000 per referral Service recognition benefits (additional annual leave and pension contributions) #J-18808-Ljbffr
