Third Party Delivery Manager – Mid Europe The Delivery Manager will play a key role in driving our delivery operations forward, acting as the crucial link between Joe & The Juice and our third‑party delivery partners. Working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Catering/Events, you will ensure our stores achieve and exceed delivery targets while maximizing brand presence and growth across all platforms. As a Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Market Managers across Mid‑EU to support and ensure seamless execution of local and regional initiatives, aligning delivery operations with market‑specific goals and needs. Your role will be pivotal in translating strategic regional needs into market‑specific actionable delivery plans, optimizing performance, driving growth and customer satisfaction. You will drive and be accountable for the full P&L of delivery across the region in close collaboration with MD and Market Managers. Key Responsibilities Managing external delivery aggregators Maintaining and developing strong relationships with our external aggregators to ensure Joe & The Juice is a “preferred” partner. Weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings. Develop and execute marketing calendars and strategy planning. Serve as the link between Joe & The Juice and our partners regarding any communications about product launches, developments and key calendar moments. Delivery operations and customer journey Ensuring our teams are hitting all operational targets. Supporting teams on any operational issues. Securing incentives to motivate sites to execute excellent customer experience. Ensure correct reporting is in place to give sites the tools and insight to have optimal performance levels. Systems and Menu Management Supporting teams with any tablet issues or failures. Ensuring menus are displayed correctly and are optimised. Developing and implementing adequate reporting so all parties are accurately tracking sales and performance. Link between teams and integrations to ensure all systems are working and provide support in case of any issues. Key Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in the delivery market. Experience in hospitality operations is not necessary, but valued. Excellent written and verbal skills. Experience and confidence using Microsoft (Word, Power Point, Excel). Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify data to communicate to the team. What we offer 5 free Joe & The Juice products per day.
