New Business & Seller Growth Executive - TikTok Shop France (Third-party Associate) Responsibilities TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators— all within TikTok—to build a one‑stop, seamless shopping experience and further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi‑channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high‑potential seller‑partners. Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and translate the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions. Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth. Support end‑to‑end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers, including merchant navigation through their growth on the platform. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3‑6 month period. Understand the TikTok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Proven B2B sales acumen: successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full‑cycle sales experience. Communication excellence: exceptional command of English & French, both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations. Self‑driven & organised: strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote‑first setting. Contract commitment: availability for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact and results. Preferred Qualifications: eCommerce experience: previous direct experience within a high‑growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage. Startup passion: experience operating effectively within a hyper‑scaling, fluid, or startup‑like environment.
