Acts as the functional reference point for business process analysis and requirements definition, working closely with the PM and Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Map business processes and translate them into functional requirements
- Bridge business needs and technical solution design
- Support UAT, training and adoption of the solution by the business
- Work closely with PM and Tech Lead throughout delivery
- Experience in retail experience and/or B2B experience
- Background in the ceramics / building materials sales sector is a strong plus
- Ability to manage complex process mapping and stakeholder alignment
- Good command of English required
