Every enterprise deal we close starts with a live demonstration of a governed workflow running in production. You build those demonstrations — and then you turn them into reusable capabilities that compound across every future deal. The best presales engineers here do not just win deals: they ship assets the entire ecosystem uses.
What you will do
- Build custom governed workflow demonstrations tailored to each prospect's operational context — not slide decks, live Branch executions with real integrations.
- Instrument every demo to show audit logs, approval queues, budget controls, and model routing in action — governance is the product, not a footnote.
- Own the technical side of enterprise sales cycles: RFPs, security questionnaires, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept scopes.
- On downtime between sales cycles, build reusable Buds and Branches for the Stackmint marketplace — every demo you build should become a reusable partner asset.
- Work with the Partner Success team to translate demo workflows into production-ready Branch specifications for partner deployment.
What we are looking for
- 2–5 years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or applied AI engineering — enterprise B2B context strongly preferred.
- Strong with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns — you can connect a CRM, a support platform, and a model provider in an afternoon.
- Understands model context, prompt design, and the mechanics of governed execution well enough to explain them without jargon to a Chief Digital Officer.
- Comfortable in front of a VP of Engineering and a Chief Risk Officer in the same meeting.
- Bonus: experience with MCP, Arcee, Mistral, or similar model providers in a production integration context.
What good looks like in 90 days
- 3 industry-specific demo environments built and documented for financial services, legal/compliance, and content operations.
- At least 5 Buds or Branches published to the Stackmint marketplace from demo work.
- A presales playbook covering technical qualification, demo flow, and architecture review response.
