The Hybrid SaaS platform SHIFT turns raw data from LiDARs and edge AI into actionable insights. We operate a complex infrastructure spanning on‑premise edge devices, cloud backends and end‑user interfaces. The mission: Own the Platform Strategy We have built the industry’s most powerful Spatial Intelligence application. Now we are transforming our software into an open autonomous platform. The Senior Product Manager will own Pillar 3 of our roadmap: Scalable & Composable Experiences, focusing on long‑term architecture (Q3 2026 and beyond). The role includes Empowering Outsight teams, partners and large customers to build custom applications using Outsight bricks directly in their environments without needing our engineering team. Enabling customers to stream clean spatial data into BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) or feed it to AI agents/LLMs. Defining the roadmap for “headless” deployments where the value is in the API data stream. Zero‑touch operations: scaling operations to enable the team to manage 10× more sites with the same headcount; unified fleet management through a single control plane; self‑healing infrastructure with automated detection and resolution; deep observability with real‑time metrics on sensor temperature, edge CPU load, cloud API latency. Requirements Must‑Haves 5+ years in Product Management with a focus on B2B SaaS Platforms or IoT/Edge Computing. Hybrid infrastructure fluency – managed products involving both hardware/edge devices and cloud software. Experience managing product challenges in distributed fleets (connectivity, bandwidth, latency). API & developer experience – defined API strategies (REST/gRPC) and SDKs; built products for developers. Platform thinking – demonstrated shift from monolithic app to modular platform. Strategic vision – defined 12‑18 month roadmap balancing debt, architecture and commercial value. Nice‑to‑Haves DevOps/Cloud architecture background: Docker, Kubernetes, or fleet management tools. Spatial tech experience – LiDAR, digital twins, GIS, computer vision. Enterprise security experience – RBAC, SSO, zero‑trust for large enterprise clients. Why join us?
