FENDI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager for the Paris Avenue Montaigne Flagship. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the Store Director to ensure the effective organization and operation of the department. This individual will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators, achieving sales targets, and driving overall departmental success.Main ResponsibilitiesCategory Sales Management and Business DevelopmentLead and develop the department's business through a comprehensive understanding of the category and effective collaboration with stakeholders.Monitor and achieve departmental performance targets using relevant KPIs.Analyze business performance, propose, and implement action plans to improve results.Establish category performance targets for the team and individual members, in coordination with the Store Manager.Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.Team Management and DevelopmentDiscuss individual performance monthly and provide coaching to team members.Motivate the team to perform at their highest level to achieve individual and store objectives.Organize the team efficiently based on business needs and delegate responsibilities effectively.Translate strategic and business goals into concrete individual actions and objectives.Conduct category-specific training for the team.Execute the in-store training program established by the Store Director and Retail Training Department.Client ManagementUtilize clienteling tools to achieve department and store business objectives.Provide sales leadership by delivering exceptional customer service and implementing clienteling initiatives.Maintain high customer service standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.Improve Mystery Shopper results through targeted action plans.Implement CRM tools and develop customer loyalty within the specific product category.Serve as a brand/category ambassador, educating VIP and new clients.Participate in ad-hoc clienteling projects.Operations and Visual MerchandisingEnsure proper management, display, storage, and maintenance of merchandise by the team.Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrink in line with company standards.Report out-of-stock situations on best-selling items to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company guidelines.Periodically align visual merchandising with sales performance.Optimize the use of display and proximity storage areas.ProfileMinimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within Fashion/Luxury SalesMaster's Degree or equivalent academic qualification preferred.Demonstrated ability to maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professional image.Fluent in both French and English.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail sales principles, financial KPIs, and business development strategies.Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.Client Relationship Management: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Merchandising & Visual Presentation: Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and ability to optimize product presentation to drive sales.Operational Excellence: Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.Category Expertise: Deep understanding of the Women\'s Ready-to-Wear and Fur category, including trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.FENDI and LVMH are committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
