Your responsibilities will be organized along the dimensions below:Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide.Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments.Project DeliveryExecute and deliver consulting projects.Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality.People DevelopmentMentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment.Facilitate training and professional development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.Knowledge ManagementCapture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within the team to ensure better project outcomes.Leverage best practices and lessons learned from previous engagements.Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the organization.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including an MBA from a leading university, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting.
