To lead this effort, we are seeking Engagement Managers in Strategy Consulting. This individuals will play a critical role in delivering our strategic vision and impactful projects for key clients, as part of a high-performing consulting team ---------------------------------------- Job Description Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management and project delivery, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along the dimensions below: Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments Project Delivery Execute and deliver consulting projects Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality People Development Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment Facilitate training and professional development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth Knowledge Management Capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within the team to ensure better project outcomesLeverage best practices and lessons learned from previous engagements Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the organization ---------------------------------------- Qualifications The ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting. With their expertise, we aim to further establish Talan as a leader in providing innovative, client-focused solutions that drive sustainable growth. More specifically, the required qualities for this position include: Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or a culture of innovation and new technologies (AI, data, etc.). Strong customer culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with our clients. Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
