**Who are they?**
Starburst Aerospace is a strategy and innovation consultancy and the world's leading business accelerator dedicated to aerospace and defense (A&D) startups. The company was founded in Paris in 2012 but quickly expanded its presence around the world and now has 8 offices where around fifty employees are located, such as: Paris, Munich, Los Angeles or Seoul.
As for the accelerator, it aims to offer personalized support to identified startups as well as to give its international industrial and institutional partners access to the innovation ecosystem created by Starburst.

- Market studies and entry strategy
- Evaluation of the innovation portfolio and redefinition of the innovation process
- Opportunity studies and development of new business models
- Product-market fit and analysis of the value proposition of an innovative solution
You will propose and support initiatives aimed at increasing the development of the firm and the accelerator.
**Required Profile**
**Required profile**
- Grande Ecole diploma (business or engineering) - Grande Ecole program
- A first experience of 5 years in a strategy consulting firm, and an ability to manage a consulting project and supervise a team of consultants
- Perfect command of the office package (Excel and PowerPoint), excellent level of spoken and written English
**Personal qualities**
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong appetite for the aeronautics and defense sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills and oral fluency; sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Autonomy
- Ability to manage customer relationship
**Position characteristics**
- Location: Paris, France + travel in the provinces and abroad possible depending on the missions
- Remuneration: negotiable - depending on experience
**Conduct of interviews**
- 4 recruitment rounds with Starburst France's strategy and management consulting team
- Case study in the first rounds of recruitment
