Join CELESTAL and contribute to major oil & gas projects by supporting one of our leading international clients.

We're looking for an experienced Buyer with a strong procurement background to play a key role in project and operations execution.

Develop and implement procurement plans based on project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Source and evaluate suppliers in line with strategic sourcing frameworks, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers while mitigating risks and aligning with the Category Management team as needed.
Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and company policies.
Ensure procurement activities align with budget constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on procurement status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.

Experience: Proven experience in procurement within the oil & gas sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Procurement Expertise: Knowledge of purchasing tools and processes, strategic sourcing and vendor management, contract management, and project procurement strategy.
Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, reporting, and product costing capabilities.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
