Senior Partner Manager – 12 m FTC, Prime Video Channels EU Fixed‑term contract (parental cover) for 12 months. Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers thousands of TV shows and films from originals and exclusive content, plus live sports and add‑on channels, available in more than 240 countries. Role overview Senior Partner Manager sits on the Prime Video Channels content support team in France. You will develop new processes and standards for working across local partners, support and recommend on new and in‑life partner negotiations, and oversee action plans based on deep‑dive analysis of consumer engagement metrics to advise Prime Video Channel leadership on growth. Key job responsibilities Identify and understand all internal and external variables that impact the assigned territory (monitoring, reporting, executing projects and promotions). Have a thorough understanding of industry, seasonality and business trends and continually monitor industry developments. Make recommendations to Prime Video Channels leadership that will help maximize Amazon’s business profitability and selection expansion opportunities. Have a complete understanding of the customer needs and use that knowledge to make recommendations on content selection for an unparalleled customer experience. Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to advise Prime Video leadership to meet and exceed engagement, revenue and profitability targets. Basic qualifications Fluent in English. Extensive experience in account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing. Experience supporting negotiations with small and large external partners. Strong quantitative analysis, problem solving and project management skills. Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form. Maîtrise courante de l’anglais. Solide expérience en gestion de comptes, gestion de produits, gestion de projets, analyse financière et/ou marketing. Expérience dans le soutien de négociations avec des partenaires externes, de petite comme de grande taille. Excellentes compétences en analyse quantitative, résolution de problèmes et gestion de projets. Capacité à communiquer des concepts business complexes à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Preferred qualifications Fluent in French. Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines. Technical aptitude and agility to learn web‑based tools, familiarity with database analysis and/or SQL. Relevant experience in retail or e‑commerce and/or experience working within the digital entertainment industry. Experience in TV and Media industry. Maîtrise courante du français. Aisance technique et capacité à apprendre rapidement des outils web ; connaissance de l’analyse de bases de données et/ou du SQL. Expérience pertinente dans le retail ou l’e‑commerce et/ou expérience au sein de l’industrie du divertissement numérique. Expérience dans l’industrie de la télévision et des médias.
