This role is pivotal in coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment with scientific and strategic goals, and enabling project teams to deliver on key milestones. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 - 15 years of experience in biotech, strong project management capabilities, and deep expertise in immunology, particularly in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The role reports directly to the VP, Discovery & Preclinical. Keys responsabilities :Lead internal R&D project teams through early discovery to preclinical candidate nominationDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registersCoordinate input and deliverables from cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., antibody engineering, biology, pharmacology, CMC)Facilitate team meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment with strategic objectivesMonitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocationIdentify scientific or operational risks and propose mitigation strategiesProvide regular project updates and decision-making support to the VP and executive teamEnsure clear documentation, data tracking, and reporting across internal programsEncourage a transversal mindset driven by collective curiosity and learningQualifications & Experience requiredAdvanced degree (PhD) in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences10+ years of experience in biotech as project manager or program leadership rolesStrong scientific background in immunology, with a particular focus on inflammatory and autoimmune diseasesSolid understanding of biologics R&D, ideally with exposure to antibody-based therapeutics and oligonucleotideProven ability to manage cross-disciplinary projects in a matrixed and dynamic environmentStrong flexible organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint)PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not requiredOur Values :Scientific curiosity: Ability to explore complex topics with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
