Modéliser et optimiser les bases PostgreSQL. Contribuer à l’architecture et aux choix techniques. Mettre en place et maintenir des tests automatisés. Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour traduire les besoins en logique backend. Assurer le monitoring, l’amélioration continue et utiliser les outils d’IA pour gagner en efficacité. Environnement de développement Macbook Pro IDE au choix (y compris Jetbrains) Outils d’IA (Claude Code, Jules, Junie, Codex, Cursor, etc) Github, Github Actions, Datadog, Notion, Codecov Méthodologie Kanban Profil recherché Minimum 2-3 ans d'expérience en développement backend. Solides compétences en développement backend: conception d’API, modélisation, performances, monitoring, architecture applicative. Une appétence pour les tests & la qualité Capacité à traduire des besoins fonctionnels en logique métier claire et évolutive. Autonomie : prise en charge d’un sujet de la conception à la mise en production, discussions avec les équipes métiers et le produit, sens de l’ownership.
