What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1 M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. Smart automation for life’s big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction and delights users. Process note While you’re applying for a particular area, you may ultimately join a different part of our engineering organization depending on where we believe you will have the most impact. Is it you we’re looking for? We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience. You’ll tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects, design efficient systems, mentor other engineers, and contribute to hiring and shaping our technical assessment process. Fit at Alan Well‑versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript web technologies. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (prior experience in those two languages is not required). Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and eager to grow. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (speaking French is ideal). At least 2 years of software engineering. We aim to hire within the C1‑F level range.
