Mo Team – Your Health Companion The Mo team is building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM‑based conversational AI assistant capable of prescribing, triaging, and proactively following up on care. Key Product Engineering Objectives Deliver the most memorable chatting experience – build Mo with a snappy, delightful, high‑quality conversational interface. Scale our systems to serve 100x more users – improve latency, error rate, and error recovery to support millions of members by 2026. Integrate Mo with all Alan services – connect Mo with digital chat, maps of health professionals, tailored prevention programs, and more. Extend our architecture to support Mo’s next chapters – add context, new skills, and access in other countries. Product Engineering Hiring Criteria We are looking for Product Engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems and applying them to real‑world, high‑stakes problems in healthcare. You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, multi‑agent architectures, and human‑in‑the‑loop learning and see your work deployed in production to help real people. You’ll implement new capabilities for Mo, working across engineering, data, and medical expertise. You’ll help our systems and product scale from thousands to millions of active members. You’ll influence system architecture and code quality. You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including hiring and interview loops). Fit at Alan Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, with a focus on back‑end. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML‑dev‑ops is a.
