We’re on the lookout for a BESS C&I Business Development Manager - a strategic go-getter ready to boost our commercial impact in France. Your main tasks : Drive sales strategy with Distributors in France. Build relationships with Installers, Developers, and EPCs. Co‑develop smart solutions with EMS specialists. Oversee projects from tender to commissioning. Spot trends, tech, and market opportunities. Align with global teams to scale our impact. Represent SUNGROW at key industry events and trade shows. Identify new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships. Your profile Strong commercial and technical background. Solid experience in sales and marketing. Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions. Leadership skills to unite and motivate teams. Good English-level (minimum B2 level). Fluent / Native French (C1 / C2). Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment. Willingness to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time), visit Lyon’s office 1 per month, and occasionally within Europe and to China. Why us?
