A Swiss industrial group recognised for its high-precision technological solutions and its strong international footprint. Responsibilities Develop the company's presence within the European defence market: France and Germany mainly Drive acquisition of new clients and expand relationships with key strategic accounts across Europe Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, negotiations and contract closure Strengthen partnerships with major industry players such as leading defence OEMs and system integrators Conduct market analyses, identify new business opportunities and monitor strategic tenders Work closely with internal teams including R&D, engineering, production, marketing and senior management Contribute to commercial strategy development and represent the company at specialised industry events and trade fairs Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management and profitability monitoring Promote the company's technical expertise and value proposition in complex, high-stakes environments Act as a trusted advisor for customers operating in critical defence applications Strategic role within an innovative Swiss company known for product excellence and micro-precision technologies Opportunity to shape the company's expansion in a rapidly evolving defence market Qualifications +5 years of experience in selling technological products within the defence sector or other high-value industries in Europe: specifically France and Germany English C1, French and/or German C2 Established network across the European defence ecosystem Strong results orientation, autonomy and strong communication capabilities Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and technical environments Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, ideally complemented by commercial or marketing training #J-18808-Ljbffr
