Nos produits allient haute performance, sécurité et qualité, fruits d’une recherche dermatologique de pointe et d’une innovation constante.Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Basic Science Research Manager & Ambassador pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris.Vous agirez comme un pont entre la science et le storytelling de la marque.Votre mission sera de superviser les projets de recherche en science fondamentale et assurer la vulgarisation et la diffusion des connaissances scientifiques auprès des équipes internes, notamment marketing et communication.Principales ResponsabilitésPiloter les activités de recherche en science fondamentale et garantir la rigueur scientifique des données.Traduire les résultats scientifiques en messages clairs, compréhensibles et applicables pour les équipes non scientifiques.Collaborer avec le marketing pour assurer la cohérence entre la science et la stratégie de marque.Représenter la recherche fondamentale lors de présentations internes, d’événements ou de communications publiques.Promouvoir la culture scientifique et encourager le dialogue entre la science et les autres départements.ProfilFormation : Doctorat ou diplôme scientifique/médical équivalent (ex. : dermatologie, biologie, pharmacologie, biotechnologie).Expérience : Minimum 5 à 10 ans dans la recherche, la communication scientifique, la cosmétologie ou la formation scientifique.Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.Compétences ClésExcellente capacité à vulgariser et à raconter la science.Sens aigu du storytelling et de la connexion émotionnelle à la marque.Esprit analytique, rigueur scientifique et créativité pédagogique.Bonne connaissance du paysage de la communication luxe et premium.Curiosité intellectuelle et passion pour le partage de la connaissance.Clarté, précision et élégance dans l’expression.Ouverture, esprit collaboratif et aptitude à la transmission.Capacité à inspirer et à construire la crédibilité sans être excessivement académique.Livrables ConcretsSupports pédagogiques (présentations, scripts, masterclasses).Contenus scientifiquement validés pour les campagnes et relations presse.Formations internes sur les innovations scientifiques.Participation à des interviews, capsules vidéo ou événements clés. #J-18808-Ljbffr
