We are looking for a Sensory Research Manager to reinforce our Sensory Research team in Paris on a full-time permanent contract. Within the SAM Sensory Team regrouping several Research Managers, Panel Leaders and Technicians, you will be in charge of managing sensory projects and an expert panel for one of our main clients in food area. You will work closely with a second Research Manager in charge of the same panel.

**1. Client Management**:
a. Can be a Key Account Manager (KAM) for 1 or a few clients

b. Direct contact for communication before, during and after projects delivery

**2. Project Management**:
**a. Autonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projects

b. Taking client briefs and writing study proposals

c. Propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches

d. Prepare estimates for ad hoc studies

e. Contribute in negotiating contracts, or specifications, technically, methodologically and financially

f. Ensure that projects meet objectives and are delivered on-time and within budget

g. Ensure that the project work meets agreed quality standards

h. Report writing with storytelling

i. Presentation of results, including relevant recommendations

j. Moderation of some expert panel sessions for training and evaluation purposes

k. Responsible of panel performance: analysis, recommendations, and action plan execution

**3. Strategy**:
Ensuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelines

**4. Revenue**:
Share feedback with managers on client needs & potential revenue risks

**5. People**:
a. Possibility to manage a Technician or Panel Leader(s) but not necessary

b. Close collaboration with the Data Solutions Hub

c. Work closely with other members of our sensory and research team and the field team
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years' higher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research
- Some experience in market research or sensory research
- Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and the local language
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Rigorous, responsive and proactive
- Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines
