Executive Officer – Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (HKU) Executive Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 533736) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance) Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ work experience, preferably in higher education or healthcare sector or a related field. A good command of English and Chinese; and a high level of interpersonal, organisational and time management skills are essential. They should be a good team player, reliable, self-motivated, attentive to details, and able to multi-task efficiently. Knowledge of the healthcare system in Hong Kong and/or Chinese Mainland and proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) is advantageous. Responsibilities The appointee will support the liaison work with public and private affiliate teaching hospitals of the HKU Health System. Participate in Primary Healthcare development projects. Support other administrative aspects of the LKS Faculty of Medicine's clinical enterprises. Occasional travelling to Chinese Mainland will be required.
