DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will join Exclusive Networks France, the French operating subsidiary of the international Exclusive Networks group, with €600m in revenue. We operate in a highly dynamic and fast-growing environment. We are looking to strengthen our Finance team by creating this strategic new position of Head of Controlling & FP&A to drive the transformation and automation of financial processes, build a centre of excellence in service of the business and the group, and support the rest of the French Finance organization (Accounting, Credit Management & Collections, etc.). As the Head of Controlling & FP&A you will manage: Leadership & Team Development Lead a team of 2 controllers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment and a "back-up" culture on key tasks. Promote automation and the use of digital tools to improve efficiency. Collaborate with the Exclusive Networks group on a major 2026 strategic project related to reporting and FP&A. FP&A & Controlling Drive the annual budget and forecasting processes (P&L and operational Free Cash Flow) in direct coordination with the Finance Director France and the France General Manager. Manage FP&A and financial control activities: variance analysis, cost controlling, rolling forecasts, financial oversight of the company car fleet. Oversee the FX strategy (hedging, swaps, forecasts) in coordination with the Finance Director France Regularly produce a rolling 3-month cash-flow forecast. Reporting & Analysis Oversee the monthly preparation of the main business provisions (Unbilled, Deferred Revenue, Rebates, etc.) and their transmission to the Accounting team. Conduct a critical pre-close review of major variances. Oversee (with the team) the monthly reporting production in the group tool, in coordination with the Chief Accountant: Sales/Margin reconciliation, intercompany reconciliations, cost allocation across the 3 Business Units, etc. Drive continuous improvement and automation of these processes. Business Partnering Ensure the Controlling/FP&A team acts as a true business partner to the organization, particularly with the Sales teams. Serve as the primary FP&A/Controlling point of contact for the subsidiary's statutory auditors. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you Education: Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Grande École de Commerce, Dauphine University or equivalent). Experience: At least 5 years in Controlling/FP&A in an international environment, with prior experience in audit (Big 4 or mid-tier firm). Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred), FX modelling. Good knowledge of IFRS and foreign-exchange risks. Soft Skills: Inspiring leadership, strong appetite for change, curiosity about the use of AI in Finance, results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills (fluent French and English), proven ability to work in project mode in a multicultural environment.
