Adossé à un fonds d'investissement, le groupe poursuit une stratégie dynamique de croissance.

Dans un contexte de transformation de la fonction finance et de montée en puissance de la data, nous créons un poste clé de
Head of controlling Group H/F.

Vos missions :

Rattaché(e) au DAF Groupe, vous jouez un rôle central de business partner, au service de la performance et de la prise de décision :

-Piloter le reporting mensuel Groupe et garantir la fiabilité des indicateurs financiers et opérationnels

-Réaliser des analyses de performance et de rentabilité (par société, activité et pôle)

-Suivre et faire évoluer les KPIs métiers (CA hard/soft, marges, facturation, BFR, trésorerie, activité opérationnelle, etc.)

-Restituer les analyses auprès des responsables de pôles et directions opérationnelles et contribuer aux plans d'actions

-Participer au processus budgétaire, aux revues de résultats et aux projets structurants (automatisation, data, outils)

-Accompagner l'intégration financière des acquisitions

-Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration continue des pratiques de contrôle de gestion

Management direct de 2 contrôleurs de gestion et collaboration étroite avec le RSI, le responsable comptable, la comptabilité et les relais régionaux.

• 25 % projets / amélioration des indicateurs


• 25 % coordination, échanges et travail transverse

Déplacements : 1 fois par en métropole

Rémunération
: 65-70K euros brut fixe annuel selon profil et expérience.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+4/5 (finance, gestion, école de commerce)
  • 8 ans d'expérience minimum en contrôle de gestion (une expérience en audit serait appréciée)
  • Expérience dans un environnement services / B2B / multi-structures
  • À l'aise avec la data, les outils de reporting et Excel (Power BI apprécié)
  • Agilité, esprit analytique et sens du business
  • Goût du travail collaboratif, excellente communication, posture de partenaire
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en forte transformation
  • Anglais apprécié
