What you’ll do Drive client success: Onboard, train, and support retailers, helping them leverage PricingHUB to make smarter, faster pricing decisions. Act as a pricing expert: Share your market and pricing insights, helping customers translate data into strategic actions. Foster adoption and performance: Monitor usage, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure measurable results. Coordinate internally: Work closely with data science, product and sales teams to deliver seamless execution and innovation. Contribute to growth: Bring customer feedback to our product teams and spot new opportunities for account expansion. What you’ll achieve Build long‑term relationships as a trusted advisor to pricing and category managers. Empower clients to become autonomous and confident users of PricingHUB. Contribute directly to product evolution by bridging client needs and product innovation. Play a key role in shaping PricingHUB’s customer success approach in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. What you bring Experience: 5+ years in a client‑facing or analytical role, including at least 2 years in the retail industry as a Category Manager, Key Account Manager or similar. Consulting experience is a plus. Expertise: Solid understanding of retail dynamics—both online and in‑store—and comfort working with data‑driven decision‑making. Mindset: You love solving complex problems, work autonomously, and turn challenges into opportunities. Communication: You can explain pricing and data insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders, turning analysis into action. Organisation: You’re structured, proactive and thrive in fast‑moving, evolving environments where no two days are the same. Languages: French (Native or C2 level), English (Fluent – C1 level).
