Learn more: www.axway.com.ResponsibilitiesThe Director, Cloud Services, will lead Axway’s cloud delivery teams in the EMEA region, focusing on improving, implementing, supporting, and refining delivery models in the software services industry.Manage a team of cloud delivery engineers, working directly with customers and executives.Participate actively in sales cycles to assist in driving new service opportunities with enterprise customers.Oversee operations and ensure effective, efficient, and high-satisfaction cloud delivery.Define and optimize the functional, organizational, and process models for cloud delivery.Analyze costs and implement mechanisms to reduce delivery costs and improve profitability.Collaborate with other teams to leverage technical capabilities for the cloud customer base.Develop industry knowledge related to Axway offerings.Focus on Service Management, ensuring processes, methods, and deliverables are consistent and high quality.Evaluate staffing and performance metrics to optimize Service Management staffing plans.Engage with customers to meet Service Management and Delivery goals.Maintain operational efficiencies, application stability, and team scalability.Implement best practices to drive operational efficiencies.Ensure data security and compliance with policies.Key CompetenciesKnowledge of Axway solutions (API Manager, B2Bi, MFT solutions) is a plus.Excellent customer service skills.Experience in developing and executing business plans.Proven experience managing operations teams in managed cloud, hosted, or SaaS environments.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively.Strong organizational and financial skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; graduate degree preferred.7+ years of enterprise software operational experience.5+ years of project management and managed services experience.Knowledge of B2Bi and MFT, with technical consulting experience a plus.Proven project management and solution development experience.Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience.Axway is an AA & Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
