Responsibilities Build and maintain secure infrastructure and services for product crews, including hosting, CI/CD, scalability and multi‑cloud architecture. Facilitate security and compliance, including authentication, encryption and threat protection. Improve developer productivity with tooling for local environments, monorepo workflows, observability and stack evolution. Unify design and development, e.g. design system and accessibility improvements. Enable AI‑assisted engineering, such as agentic development, code assistants and MCP servers. Qualifications Strong background in application and infrastructure security with hands‑on experience in application security testing and penetration testing. Experience protecting organisations from cyber threats and working with platforms for monitoring, detection and incident response. Passionate about building secure products and systems. Familiarity with cloud security and modern web application security. Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Willing to work with Python/JavaScript. Passionate about building products; self‑starting and entrepreneurial; humble, collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning and teaching. Fluent in English.
