VP Sales EMEA Join to apply for the VP Sales EMEA role at Oritain About the Role This is a rare, and exciting opportunity to lead one of the most strategically important regions for Oritain at a time when trust, transparency and traceability have never mattered more. As Vice President of Sales, EMEA, you’ll sit on the Global Sales Leadership Team and take full ownership of revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With regular travel across Europe, this role blends senior leadership with hands‑on impact. You’ll be a true player‑coach: shaping regional strategy, building pipeline, running complex sales cycles and showing up in the market as a senior ambassador for Oritain. From global brands to manufacturers and strategic partners, you’ll build deep, trusted relationships and position Oritain as the source of truth in global supply chains. Just as important, you’ll lead and develop a high‑performing team of Account Executives and Account Managers, creating a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll lead with data, customer outcomes and purpose, always anchored in Oritain’s mission to protect people and planet through science and technology. Key Responsibilities As the senior sales leader for EMEA, you’ll define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with Oritain’s global objectives, taking clear ownership of revenue targets and delivering consistent, sustainable year‑on‑year growth. You’ll drive both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, with a particular focus on fashion, textiles and adjacent sectors where provenance, sustainability and traceability are business‑critical. You’ll spend significant time with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and negotiating complex, multi‑year commercial agreements that set our clients up for long‑term success. Alongside this, you’ll identify opportunities to expand Oritain’s footprint into new EMEA markets and emerging regions, always guided by strategic fit and mission alignment. Internally, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations to bring integrated, customer‑centric solutions to market and to ensure that market insight directly informs innovation and product development. You’ll also set the standard for operational excellence across the region, embedding best practice in CRM usage, pipeline management and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with regional regulations and Oritain’s ethical standards. Skills & Experience You’re a proven senior sales leader with a strong track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams and delivering growth in complex, network‑driven business models. You’re commercially sharp, confident managing sophisticated negotiations, and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels. You bring credibility with senior stakeholders and have the leadership presence to influence internally and externally. You’re a native French speaker, fluent in English (and a bonus if you also speak Italian) and happy to travel across the EMEA region regularly (expected to be about 20% of the time). You’re energized by building relationships, motivated by purpose and excited by the opportunity to shape a fast‑growing region within a global business. Experience in fashion, textiles or apparel, along with familiarity with sustainability, supply chain transparency and ESG trends, would be a strong advantage. Likewise, experience working with global brands and multi‑region teams will set you up for success.
